On 11/22/15 at 0021hrs the Conway Police Department responded to a residence on Hunting Ridge Road in Center Conway for a disturbance. The reporting party identified the perpetrator as
According to the caller, Hall had fled the scene on foot after forcing his way into the house and stabbing a male subject located inside the residence. The alleged incident, although still under investigation, appears to have stemmed from a property dispute. Hall was arrested by Conway Police a short distance from the scene. Hall has been charged with:
2 counts of Second Degree Assault (Felony B)
2 counts of Falsifying Physical Evidence (Felony B)
Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon (Felony B)
Felon in Possession of a Dangerous weapon (Felony B)
Possession of Controlled Drugs (Misdemeanor A)
Hall faces 1 ½ to 7 years in NH State Prison and up to $4000.00 in fines on each Class B Felony charge if convicted. Additionally, he faces up to 1 year in jail and $2000.00 in fines for the Class A Misdemeanor. Hall’s bail was set at $5000.00 cash, with his next scheduled court appearance set for Dec 8th 2015 at 1pm at Conway District Court.
